A FICTIONAL DESIGN STUDIO · PORTFOLIO CONCEPT BY CARLOS SALGADO

THE STUDIO CONCEPT

Rooted in place.
Open to possibility.

FORME is a fictional architecture and interiors studio, imagined around the belief that thoughtful spaces begin with close attention.

A considered arrangement of natural architectural materialsTHE STARTING POINT / MATERIAL & INTENTION

A QUIETER PERSPECTIVE

Design as
a way of listening.

To the rhythms of everyday life. To the light that enters a room. To what a place already offers.

The studio’s imagined approach connects architecture, interior planning and the objects we live with. It values clarity over excess and a sense of continuity from the larger spatial idea to the smallest tactile detail.

This website demonstrates how a design practice can communicate that perspective through clear project stories, useful service information and a carefully structured inquiry journey.

THREE GUIDING IDEAS

01 / PAY ATTENTION

Begin with context.

A useful design responds to its setting, to how a space is used and to the constraints that shape it.

02 / FIND THE ESSENTIAL

Make room for clarity.

Reduce unnecessary complexity so that light, proportion and material can have a stronger presence.

03 / THINK BEYOND THE IMAGE

Design for living.

Consider movement, comfort, storage and the ordinary moments that make a space part of daily life.
